Site won''t load after DNS changes

After updating DNS records, propagation takes up to 48 hours - but often the issue is a typo in the A or CNAME record. Open your DNS zone editor, double-check that the IP matches the one in your hosting control panel, and flush the local DNS cache: on Windows run ipconfig /flushdns, on macOS sudo dscacheutil -flushcache.

Control panel login fails

If you can''t get into the client area, first rule out a simple caps-lock issue with the password. If that''s fine, try a different browser or clear cookies and site data - the session token may be stale. Still locked out? Use the password reset link; the email usually arrives within two minutes.
